XULA Library is now offering reference services via chat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through a partnership with Springshare. Chat messages sent during off-hours or when the designated librarian is busy assisting other customers will be answered by Springshare's backup librarian network within one minute. Just like with normal chat reference, the service can be accessed through the library's website by clicking the "Chat" button or "Got a Question" popup tab.
