"Dr. Norman C. Francis: A Legacy of Leadership," premieres on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 8 p.m. on WYES-TV. XULA Library's Archives & Special Collections department assisted in the production of the documentary by providing historical photographs and video clips of Xavier University of Louisiana former President Dr. Francis.
