On the Search Results page, in the Filter sidebar on the left, select "Free full text" to narrow your search results to records that have a free full text.
When full text is available in PubMed Central (PMC), it will be indicated with the words "Free PMC article" (see image below) in the search results page.
Click on the title of the article to go to the article abstract page. At the top right corner, under the Full Text Links heading, click on the "PMC Full text" icon to view the article in PMC. You will have different download options in PMC.
DOI or PMID Look Up
If you know the DOI or the PMID of an article, use the search box to go directly to the article.
For articles that are not available for free in PMC, use the Xavier Full Text link on the top left of the article abstract page.
1) LibKey
If the Library has a subscription to the journal, you will see the LibKey page with a link to download the full text PDF (see image below).
2) Interlibrary Loan
If the article is not available in the Library collection, you will see the Interlibrary Loan option (image below). Choose Request via Interlibrary Loan to complete an online form. Click on the Request this Item to go to the Interlibrary Loan page for more details and to complete the Interlibrary Loan form instead.
