ProQuest Ebook Central contains ebooks from various publishers across a wide range of academic disciplines. Books can be read online in your web browser or can be checked out and downloaded for offline reading. Checking out and downloading a full book requires creating a ProQuest account and installing Adobe Digital Editions. A limited number of pages per book can be printed or downloaded in PDF form.

EDGAR is the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval system used at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). EDGAR is the primary system for submissions by companies and others who are required by law to file information with the SEC. All companies, foreign and domestic, are required to file registration statements, periodic reports, and other forms electronically through EDGAR.
