NEW OPEN ACCESS PUBLISHING AGREEMENT WITH ACS JOURNALS MEANS ZERO AUTHOR PUBLISHING  FEES FOR XULA RESEARCHERS 

ACS has made the process for submitting manuscripts and applying  this benefit easy through a 5-step process of submission . Details can be found in the attached flyer.
